2. Website delivery and hosting

When you visit, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, page, browser and operating system. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and stable website delivery.

3. Enquiry wizard and email

The wizard processes your entries only in your browser and prepares a non-binding expression-of-interest email. The website does not store form entries in its own customer database. Data is sent to us only when you send the email, including company, name, contact details, product specification, quantities, timing and optional attachments. The message is not an order.

4. Market validation and international transfers

Technical specifications and documents may be transferred to the Chinese production partner solely for a non-binding technical feasibility review. Information submitted as an expression of interest is currently used solely for internal market validation and is not forwarded to a manufacturer for quotation. It does not issue goods quotations, accept goods orders or payments, or handle deliveries. Personal details are removed where possible and replaced with internal project identifiers. Please remove unnecessary personal or confidential information from drawings.

5. Retention

Enquiries are retained only for as long as needed for handling, business initiation and statutory retention duties.

6. Cookies and browser storage

This website currently uses no marketing or analytics cookies and no external advertising or tracking services. Necessary browser storage is used for language selection and your cookie preference. Optional services will only be activated after consent if they are added in the future. You can reopen the cookie settings at any time.

7. Your rights
